Who is Transfer BH Mallorca?

Transfer BH Mallorca, is a leading company responsible for providing exclusive transfers for clients who have contracted VIP services at BH hotels in Mallorca and other destinations.

Do I need to pay any extra fees?

No, the prices on our website are final and there is no extra fee.

How can I pay for my transfer?

Payment is made to the driver upon arrival. We accept payment by Visa/Mastercard or in cash.

What will happen if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you know you will arrive later than expected, we ask that you contact us on +34 698 521 227 as soon as possible. If you have booked a private transfer, our drivers can wait up to 60 minutes from the time of your original arrival time. After one hour an extra charge of 20€ per hour will be added to vehicles carrying 8 people, or 35 € per hour for vehicles carrying between 9 and 50 passengers.

How will I find my driver at the airport?

Unless otherwise advised, your Transfer BH Mallorca driver will wait for you with a sign bearing your name at the passenger exit of the arrivals area after customs.

At port your driver will wait at the harbourat the place where passengers usually disembark.

What will happen if I cannot find the driver?

Please call us on +34 698 521 227  and we will put you in contact with the driver immediately.

How long will I have to wait for my transfer once I have arrived?

If you have contracted a private transfer or VIP service you will not need to wait at all.

Will I need to walk much distance to the car?

No not at all. Our transfer cars are parked in a car park exclusively reserved for drivers next to the arrivals hall.

Should I mistakenly leave any of my belongings in the car, would I be able to recover them?

Please call +34 698 521 227 and provide us with all information relevant to your transfer and your misplaced belongings. We will strive to return everything free of charge unless delivery tariffs are needed to be applied.

Can I obtain the driver´s telephone number?

We ask that you contact us directly on +34 698 521 227 for any queries and not the driver directly.

I am travelling with a lot of luggage including a bicycle¨; will there be enough room for everything in the car?

Each passenger is permitted to bring one suitcase and one ski/snowboard carrier. When making your booking please indicate what luggage you intend to bring. Transfer BH Mallorca reserves the right to accept or refuse to transport an excess of luggage. Should extra luggage be permitted for transfer we will apply a relative charge.

Are we able to make a stop at a supermarket or shop during the journey?

Of course, if you have reserved a private service package and are happy to pay the driver a supplement for the extra time which we estimate at 30.00€ per hour.

How much time in advance do I need to book my transfer?

At least 24 hours before arrival if possible. If not please contact us via email to check availability. Our email address is info@transferbhmallorca.com

How do I reserve my transfer for my return journey?

You can book via our website up to 24 hours beforehand or contact our reservations centre and speak to an agent directly.

Is the private service a direct transfer without interruptions in the journey?

A private service is always a direct, door to door service. Shared transfers may be interrupted to allow drop-offs and pick-ups of other passengers.

Do drivers speak English?

Yes, the majority of drivers speak English and German.

Will my transfer be shared with other people?

Not if you have reserved a ¨private or ¨VIP¨ service. The “Shuttle service” is shared.

What type of vehicles do you use?

Transfer BH Mallorca comprises a fleet of elite vehicles (Mercedes-Benz).

Would I be able to find cheaper options?

Maybe cheaper, maybe worse, but never better. We guarantee standards of excellence as we do not skimp on resources with vehicles or staff.

If I have to cancel my transfer will I be refunded?

If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival you will be refunded 100% of your payment. •If your transfer is cancelled between 48 and 24 hours, you will receive 50%. • No refunds are made for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
